Known the world over, Marco has pushed the boundaries of cuisine for over 30 years. Today, his passion for serving up superb dishes continues with P&O Cruises. Olly Smith

Award-winning wine expert and passionate foodie, Olly – who you may know from BBC show Saturday Kitchen – heads up The Glass House restaurant and bar. On specially selected cruises, he’ll join you on board to offer tasting masterclasses, book signings and Q&A sessions.

The Cookery Club

Whether you’re a whizz in the kitchen or a complete beginner, The Cookery Club on board Britannia offers a fantastic opportunity to get hands-on in our state-of-the-art kitchen. You’ll be guided through recipes by our talented team of friendly chefs, or possibly by the patron himself. Cooking complete, you’ll try your delicious creations together.

The Glass House

Sip varieties from all four corners of the globe as you graze on small bites and sharing plates or tuck into a hearty main from the exciting food menu. On Iona’s holidays to Spain, Portugal and the Canary Islands, The Glass House will offer an authentic tapas selection created by Local Food Hero and renowned chef, José Pizarro.

Local leading chefs José Pizarro, Kjartan Skjelde and Shivi Ramoutar are set to showcase incredible foodie experiences on selected Arvia and Iona holidays. José will complement sailings with sunny Med dishes when in the region. Kjartan will bring flavours of the fjords to Iona’s Norway holidays, and Shivi will bring bold tastes with a tropical twist to Arvia’s Caribbean holidays.

Freedom and Club restaurants

Your ship has its own unique Freedom and Club restaurants where you can explore flavours from around the world, along with favourites from home, at almost any time of the day. Take your seat for a sumptuous afternoon tea, and, at least once on every holiday, soak up the atmosphere of Celebration Night.
